Hosted by Night Owl Coffee, this team Christmas party was an evening filled with connection, celebration, and holiday joy. This end of year event was designed to bring their incredible team and community together. The event blended cozy seasonal details with a fun team gifting, creating the perfect night full of gathering and celebrating. Render Events was honored to provide the high quality rental pieces that set the tone for the night, transforming the space into a welcoming, holiday setting. From elegant tables and chairs to soft, layered textures and thoughtful finishes, every element helped shape an environment where guests could relax, mingle, and enjoy the evening.

Guests were treated to a culinary experience from Vestals Catering, who served a warm and elevated seasonal menu that paired perfectly with the intimate feel of the event. Throughout the night, friends and colleagues gathered for conversations, toasts, and plenty of smiles. Festive attire and shimmering details filled the room, all beautifully documented by Ashlee from Maclin Photography. They ended the evening with team gifting and inside jokes.
